Contracts and Grants Coordinator
Joyce Ma joined CACF as a Contracts and Grants Coordinator in October 2018. She coordinates government contracts for CACF and supports community based organizations with funds for capacity building and the provision of culturally competent, language accessible services to the community, while working closely with government agencies, CACF member agencies and partners, community leaders, elected and appointed officials and other advocacy organizations.
Prior to CACF, Joyce worked with immigrant families and children with the hotel labor union, after school program, nonprofit organization, and public schools in New York City. At the heart of her work, Joyce strives to understand the roots of every issue and make people feel heard, seen, and understood.
She holds a B.A. in International and Global Studies from Middlebury College, and an M.S. in Education, specializing in School Counseling, from Brooklyn College.
