Henrietta Ho-Asjoe, MPS

Interim Executive Director

Henrietta has been appointed by the board of director to serve as the Interim Executive Director in April 2016. She previously served on the CACF board for over 10 years.

She has extensive experience in public and community health, with a focus on raising awareness of health disparities, community impact, public health outreach, and program development. She is the Co-Editor of the Praeger Handbook of Asian American Health: Taking Notice and Taking Action (2009). She also serves on the boards of several local and national nonprofits.

She is the past Executive Director of General Human Outreach in the Community, Inc. (GHO), a non-profit agency providing services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, with a special focus on serving the Asian American community. Prior to that, as Administrator and Director of Community Development for the NYU Center for the Study of Asian American Health (CSAAH), she built ongoing partnerships with organizations ranging from grassroots nonprofits to national healthcare agencies and government entities.
